Refund policy

I take a lot of pride in hand-pouring each and every one of my candles in a clean and sanitary environment. Moonchild candles are made using 100% natural soy wax, pure fragrance oils, mixed with high-quality essential oils, and cotton paper wicks, resulting in a candle that is cleaning-burning, true-to-scent, and long-lasting.  Moonchild Candles meet the standard for vegan candles.

If your candle (or other scented product) doesn't burn exactly the way you think a candle should perform, please contact me at moonchildcandleco7@gmail.com, so I can make it right!   Please contact me before proceeding with the below.

I will exchange any merchandise in its original condition within 7 days of purchase along with a copy of your original invoice. You may exchange your merchandise in two ways:

 You are responsible for return shipping costs (unless the product is damaged or defective). Your original payment method will be charged or credited when the return/exchange is processed.
